BEEF SHORT RIBS
INGREDIENTS:
2 ½ lb beef short ribs
Korean barbeque sauce
2 cloves garlic (grated)
Directions:
Mix ¾ of a bottle of the barbeque sauce and garlic. Pour into the ribs; make sure ribs are well coated. Marinade for 30 minutes. Line up ribs in a baking pan, bake for 20 minutes, flip each ribs and bake for another 30 minutes. 350ºF.
Note: You can also grill the short ribs instead of baking.
