CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP WITH BACON AND POTATOES
INGREDIENTS:
10 pieces of bacon (cut into bite size)
2 large yellow potatoes (peeled and cut into cubes)
2 10 ¾ oz cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cans of water (use the can of the soup to measure the water)
Directions:
Sauté bacon until almost crispy, scoop out half of the bacon grease. Add the potatoes and stir for 2 minutes. Add the condensed cream of mushroom soup and water, stir. Bring to boil then simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
