BLEU CHEESE BURGER LETTUCE WRAPPED
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Angus ground beef
bleu cheese crumbles
sea salt and fresh ground pepper
vine ripe tomatoes
lettuce
mayonnaise
mustard
Directions:
Shape ground beef into thin burger patties. In one patty add bleu cheese, a little salt and pepper. Top with another patty and seal the sides. Grill burgers. Once burgers are done, spread with mayonnaise, mustard, top with a slice of tomato and wrap with lettuce.
